Health Tip for the Day:

Keep your toothbrush soaking in a cup of hydrogen peroxide by your sink. It kills those nasty germs that hang on your brush and may help to whiten teeth too. Don’t rinse the toothbrush before you use it, just add the paste. Brush, rinse the brush well then plop it back into it's hydrogen peroxide bath.

Some health nuts substitute toothpaste with good old fashion baking soda. They say it is therapeutic for the gums. It is salty and gritty, but when you rinse, the water sure tastes sweet. My friend who was cured of cancer through immune enhancing protocols says baking soda and hydrogen peroxide is the best way to go. Give it a try and tell us what you think!

  1. Great tip!
I've heard some really positive things about baking soda in connection with the natural reversal of cancer. I've even read research that shows it is more effective than anything else!

  2. If you also use baking soda it is naturally healing for your gums and you won't be putting tater control chemicals into your system.

  3. Wow, I knew it was natural, good for your gums, and my friends who were healed of cancer recommended it - but I am not sure exactly how it helps diminish cancer - maybe the acid vs. alkali connection do you think?
